About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This role is essential in maintaining GAAP-compliant records, assisting in the preparation of financial reports, and ensuring the smooth execution of financial operations within Prime Providers. The Staff Accountant will collaborate closely with the accounting, financial analytics, and revenue cycle teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

• General Accounting & Financial Reporting: Prepare journal entries, maintain GAAP-compliant records, and assist in preparing financial information including audited statements and executive reports.
• Reconciliation & Analysis: Validate and reconcile general ledger, accounts receivables, and client services; present contractual Rates and Revenue Realization Rate (RRR) analysis to leadership.
