Staff Accountant

A Wiss Real Estate client is seeking a Staff Property Accountant to join their growing team in Middlesex County, NJ. This position will support the accounting and financial reporting functions for a portfolio of residential properties working closely with property managers, operations teams, and finance leadership. This position is fully onsite, and salary range is $75,000-$85,000

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of annual budgets for a portfolio of residential properties.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules for assigned properties.
• Perform monthly and year-to-date variance analysis, identifying and explaining significant budget-to-actual differences.
