Summary

Work Setup: On-site training with a flexible hybrid setup after completion — enjoy working from home with only 2 in-office days per month. This newly created role will be responsible for a wide range of accounting duties including A/P, A/R, month end close processes, and various financial management reports.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Daily ACH and credit card deposits
  • Daily electronic payments
  • Daily COD payment reminders, emails and phone calls
  • New customer credit application processing and collection of supporting documentation
  • New vendor processing and collection of supporting documentation
  • Collections on past due customer accounts, emails and phone calls.
  • Weekly creation of Exec/Sales scorecards
  • Month end sales reporting
