Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
+ Reconcile cash accounts to bank statements on a daily basis
+ Prepare miscellaneous month end financial schedules and reports
+ Maintain Fixed Assets Records including acquisitions, dispositions, and asset verification audits
+ Understand and ensure accurate completion of A/R, A/P, settlement, cash, and inventory functions
+ Prepare monthly brewery filings for rebates and reconcile monthly intercompany accounting cross charges
+ Assist with quarterly balance sheet reporting and year-end audit process
+ Willingness to work a flexible schedule which may require weekend and/or evening work and periodic travel
+ Other projects or duties as assigne d
Required Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
