Staff Accountant

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team in Germantown, Wisconsin. This role supports core accounting operations, financial reporting, and cost analysis while helping maintain accurate records across multiple entities. The ideal candidate brings strong general ledger experience, a solid understanding of tax-related filings, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and post journal entries while completing detailed account reconciliations for areas such as cash, prepaids, accruals, and payroll.
• Support monthly and annual closing activities by helping ensure financial data is recorded accurately and reports are delivered on schedule.
