The Staff Accountant is responsible for assisting with the day to day financial transactions and analyses of our United States and India entities, with a primary focus on our US entity. Additionally, given the nature of our organization, the Staff Accountant will also be asked to assist in key departmental projects as required.
Working hours will be 7:30 am to 4:00 pm EST.
Key Responsibilities
The Staff Accountant is responsible for assisting with the day to day financial transactions and analyses of our United States and India entities, with a primary focus on our US entity. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the monthly financial close process including, but not limited to, customer invoicing, preparation & creation of general ledger entries, cash & other asset tracking, and balance sheet reconciliations as assigned.
- Assist in preparation of the monthly financial reporting by researching and analyzing information from the general ledger system; providing support and explanation for flux analyses as requested.
