The Staff Accommodation Supervisor maintains all aspects of housing and well‑being for those who engage in the unique experience of both working and living at Sunshine Village. The Supervisor excels at being a strong company leader and liaison for residents, ensuring policies are followed while promoting a positive, respectful environment. The Supervisor reports to the Human Resources Manager, liaises frequently with third‑party operators, managers and supervisors at Sunshine who have employees or contractors living and/or working in staff accommodation, and coordinates with the facilities departments. They oversee a team of custodial staff who maintain the staff accommodation areas.
