**Stacker | Contract-to-Hire**
**Interview:** Onsite
**Schedule:**
+ **Training (Week 1):** 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
+ **Regular Shift:** 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, rotating 12-hour schedule
+ **Every other weekend off**
+ **$1.50/hr night shift differential** after training
**Work Environment:**
+ Non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility
+ Loud production environment
+ Safety shoes required; additional PPE provided
**Position Summary**
The Stacker is responsible for safely stacking decking boards onto pallets, inspecting product quality, securing pallets, and supporting production operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Manually stack and palletize products according to production requirements
+ Inspect boards for length, squareness, embossing quality, and overall appearance
+ Clean boards before the embossing process
