We use Airtable to manage a multi-table operational system.
Tables include:
Orders
Production Batches
Inventory
Shipments
We are experiencing:
• Rollup totals becoming inconsistent
• Inventory counts going negative
• Automations triggering in wrong order
• Circular field dependencies
We need someone to:
Audit table relationships
Stabilize rollup logic
Fix automation sequencing
Eliminate circular calculation issues
Airtable-only solution.
No rebuild.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 40 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Automation, Airtable, Python
