S&T Research Chemist

As an S&T Research Chemist you will direct impactful research to solve technical problems and cost-effective manner focused on the development of resins for coatings.You will report to a Senior S&T Research Associate.
**Key Responsibilities**- Plan, designs and executes experimental designs for synthesizing new resins for coatings.
- Manage and perform industrial scale-up of products developed in the laboratory.
- Work demonstrate proactive safety leadership.
- Identify opportunities for safety related improvements.
- Participate in at least 2 research projects for new product development.
- Support in the opening of at least one new research project that focuses on the area of resin synthesis.
- Compliance with safety guidelines, and participation in the implementation of the safety management system.
**Qualifications**- Master's degree or in Engineering or Chemical Sciences with specialization in Polymers and organic chemistry.
