SSSTS/SMSTS Site Foreman (278 Works)

Teamforce Labour is seeking an experiencedSite Foreman for a long‑term civil engineering project in Rossendale, Lancashire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of supervising site operations on large‑scale civil engineering and infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing site teams, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining health and safety standards, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day‑to‑day site operations.
• Lead and manage site operatives, subcontractors, and plant resources.
• Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.
