We are looking for a safety-focused professional with proven experience in managing construction activities within live environments, ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation.

The role involves frequent site visits, audits and unsociable or out-of-hours working, with a strong emphasis on site safety, workforce supervision and effective stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage site safety across multiple locations, ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments, implement control measures and monitor site activities to prevent unsafe practices.
  • Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and method statement briefings to operatives and subcontractors.
  • Interpret schematic and construction drawings, with particular focus on fire and security requirements (Safe 03 and Safe 04 criteria).
