Role Responsibilities Facilitate and Host: Deliver and facilitate trainings, workshops, and onboarding sessions; open events and represent the L&C team in front of diverse audiences.
Lead Program Logistics: Coordinate all logistics for onboarding, training sessions, workshops, and culture initiatives — ensuring a smooth, engaging experience for employees.
Manage Stakeholders & Vendors: Partner with internal teams and external vendors, monitor services, process payments, and manage program budgets.
Track and Report: Build dashboards and reports to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning, onboarding, and culture programs.
