We are seeking an experienced 8-10 years SSIS Consultant to support a migration of
SQL Server 2014 to SQL Server 2022, including refactoring and upgrading SSIS
packages and ensuring high availability in an Always On Failover Cluster environment.
The consultant will work closely with DBAs, infrastructure, and data teams to ensure a
seamless and performance-optimized migration.

- Refactor and upgrade SSIS packages from SQL Server 2014 to SQL Server 2022
- Resolve SSIS compatibility issues and deprecated component usage
- Migrate and manage SSISDB (Project Deployment Model) configurations
- Ensure SSIS packages are HA-aware and function correctly in an Always On Failover
