About the Role

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Global Shared Services Centre is a pivotal executive role responsible for shaping and delivering the operational strategy for our global support hub. The SSC provides specialist support across Finance, HR, Billing, Customer Support, IT and more. Driving efficiency, standardisation, and innovation across all operations.

Partnering with the General Manager for the Global Shared Services, the COO will ensure the centre operates as a world-class, high-performance engine delivering value at scale.
