SSC Business Controller

About the role

As Business Controller you will be part of the Shared Service Center (SSC) Controlling team. The team currently consists of 8 members (4 in Netherlands, 4 in Philippines) and takes care of the Cost Controlling and Financial Business Partnering for our 21 SSC organizations, with a combined annual spend of >0.4B$. Some examples of these SSC organizations are HR, IT, Finance, Facility Management, Package R&D, Corporate Affairs and Legal.

What you will do:

• You act as the go-to Finance expert for the SSC organizations
• You work closely together with the SSC leaders, and are part of their management teams
• You are on top of KPI performance and are actively driving improvements in these areas
• You are proactively driving saving programs and process improvements
• You ensure timely and accurate monthly and ad hoc (cost) reporting
