The integral data science and advanced analytics team at Colgate-Palmolive is dedicated to developing, deploying, and delivering internally built analytics capabilities and solutions at scale. This work drives business growth by answering critical business questions and analytical use cases. As demand increases, the company is implementing geographically based advanced analytics pods to support scaling and execution of these capabilities more quickly and efficiently worldwide. The role serves as the lead for the Americas pod, supporting North America, Latin America, and Hill’s Pet divisions’ analytics needs, and managing external partners (data scientists) to implement and deliver the right analytics capabilities.
