As the demand for these analytical capabilities and solutions increases, the company is investing in implementing geographically based Advanced Analytics Pods to support the scaling and execution of these capabilities in a faster and more efficient manner around the world. The role serves as the lead for the Americas Pod, supporting the North America, Latin America, and Hill’s Pet Divisions’ analytics needs, managing external partners (Data Scientists) to implement and deliver the right analytics capabilities.
