API Management; we are responsible for managing the front door (API management system) for TomTom’s online products and hence are key to customer experience. We drive improving the quality of the service and aim to enable self-service for our users by system engineering and software development What you’ll do:You will scale systems and increase their reliability in a diverse environment You will support navigation tooling in the world. You will work on the architecture, design, and implementation of new and existing systems to enhance their reliability, efficiency and scalability You will ensure the mission critical systems have 99.9+% availability and reliability You will be part of Incident Management and will improve the TTR.
