Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
Provide day-to-day operational support for cloud-based systems and services, ensuring high availability and performance for connected tools and outdoor products.
Monitoring & Incident Management
Implement and manage monitoring tools such as Datadog and Mixpanel to proactively identify issues.
Participate in incident response activities to ensure quick resolution with minimal service disruption.
Collaboration
Work closely with development, security, and product teams to improve system reliability and security.
Contribute to establishing and maintaining operational and security best practices.
Cloud Management
Use AWS expertise to deploy, manage, and optimize services including API Gateway with Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, and frontend hosting on S3 + CloudFront.
