  • Hiring: SRAM Layout Engineer | Bangalore | 5-10 Years

    • Key Responsibilities:
    • SRAM memory layout design (5–10 years of hands-on experience)
    • Floor planning, power planning & area estimation
    • Physical verification & parasitic analysis
    • Strong understanding of EM, IR-drop, latch-up, crosstalk, shielding & matching techniques
    • Drive solutions across area, power, performance & verification challenges

    • Tools & Skills:
    • Cadence Virtuoso (L/XL)
    • Mentor Calibre
    • Expertise in device matching, EM analysis & isolation techniques
    • Strong leadership, multitasking & team collaboration skills

    • Qualifications:
    • B.Tech / B.E / M.Tech / M.E.

    • Notice Period:
