Senior Product Analyst (Workday HCM)

  • Strong functional ownership across: Core HCM Absence Time Tracking Payroll (PAT)
  • Focus on workforce operations and payroll accuracy
  • Strong understanding of the time-to-pay lifecycle
  • Ability to manage: Reporting Functional integrations Process optimization across Time, Absence, Payroll
  • Comfortable supporting operational and steady-state functions
    • Candidates must be hands-on configurators , not developers/integration-heavy
  • Ideal profile: Functional SME who can own configuration, run cycles, and partner with HR/business
  • Primary time zone for India roles: : AM – : PM IST, plus on-call support around – PM IST
