Sr. Workday Business Systems Analyst

Position Description:

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at a Client office at a minimum 4 days per week - subject to change at any time. 

Your future duties and responsibilities:

✔ Translating business requirements into Workday configuration or technical specs
✔ Supporting Workday modules (HCM, Finance, Security, Worktags, Integrations)
✔ Collaborating with HR/Finance, IT and vendor partners
✔ Leading testing cycles (UAT, regression), documentation, and training
✔ Participating in releases and enhancements
✔ Strong stakeholder communication and analytical skills

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must have: 6+ years of Workday configuration experience.
