Responsibilities :
This role is responsible for the day to day support, maintenance, and optimization of the UKG Workforce Management system. The individual will manage core functions such as timekeeping, attendance, time off, and payroll support, ensuring that employee time data is accurate and aligns with business rules and compliance requirements. They will troubleshoot system issues, support manager workflows and web punching, and help maintain overall system stability. A significant portion of the role involves hands on system configuration.
