Job Description

Reporting to the Manager of Learning and Development , they will design and deliver technical courses and skill-based training that align to learning and development priority of the organization.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the execution of business as usual, small-scale training program
  • Lead or support quick wins process improvements and initiatives that will improve learning and development operations
  • Lead or support in conceptualization, preparation and implementation of new courses/s
  • Work and develop relationships with trainers, consultants and learning business partners in delivering function or organization wide learning and development programs or initiatives
  • Assist in completing the learning numbers and reporting of function and entire organization
  • Perform and administer external training by connecting to vendors to support the learning and development priorities of the function
