Sr. Tooling Technician

Position Summary

Responsible for development, assembly, and validation of fixtures and machines. Handles quotation and acquisition of components, maintains documentation for packing and shipping, and operates and maintains all programs, systems, and objectives as defined by the facility quality policy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assemble and validate fixtures and machines used for the assembly, measurement, and testing of tensioners, idlers, and electric water pumps. Solve problems for fixtures and machines and develop new processes. Provide continuous improvement for fixture/machine designs and processes, and feed back to equipment designers and other design departments.
