Sr Test Engineer

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Sr Test Engineer. ## What you’ll do: Coordinate and manage Electric testing engineering activities in production areas in order to support existing production line, new product development and new production lines, product transfers, equipment specifications and maintenance, lean manufacturing and EQS deployment, MESH initiatives, and product and quality cost improvements. Job Responsibilities • Determine Electric test methods and specify testing machine requirements for the electrical test of sub-assemblies, assemblies and final product Plan all tooling such as jigs, fixtures, special tools, and similar items for all the Electric testing stations at the plant. • Evaluate existing machinery, fabrication equipment, tooling, etc for safety, capacity, capability, effectiveness, etc. Develop detailed technical specifications for new equipment and manage capital projects. • Take action on the troubleshooting of electricla test equipment fa...
