Role Overview
As a Senior Technology Recruiter, you will own full-cycle recruitment and partner closely with engineering and people leaders to design and execute strategies that attract top technical talent. You will play a critical role in building strong talent pipelines, driving data-informed hiring decisions, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience across all technology roles.
Job Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting across all technology roles, from sourcing and screening to closing top talent.
Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage passive candidates.
Devise and execute proactive lead-generation initiatives (e.g., events, referrals, social media, university outreach) to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
Create, publish, and monitor job postings through ATS and external boards, optimizing descriptions based on performance metrics.
