Job profile: -

The role will require supporting customers on various VAS products, troubleshooting and resolving issues through proper procedures round the clock.

The responsibilities will also include carrying out routine activities, fault management, change management and other troubleshooting related issues.

  • Must be comfortable to work in shifts.
  • Have worked on VAS platform with hands on experience on Level 2 support for any voice, messaging or data application. - Maintain service uptime & SLA as committed. Capacity planning & Redundancy management.
  • Should have good analytical skills to identify root cause of reported problems from client.
  • Application Support, Deployment of Release, patches & fixes on Platform.
  • Carry out system audit with Internal and External teams. Provide input to Regulatory and other govt bodies related to application compliance. Provide valid justification for non-compliance cases.
