Responsibilities

  • Provide remote and/or onsite technical support and training activities for Aspentech SSE modeling products, including SKUA, RMS, and EPOS.
  • Guide users through onboarding, ensuring they understand software functionalities and workflows.
  • Collaborate with users to optimize workflows, enhance project efficiency, and identify business opportunities within customer accounts.
  • Work with local IT and Sys Admin teams to maintain operational systems.
  • Provide loyalty‑inspiring customer service that drives engagement and sustains product usage.
  • Support clients locally or remotely, helping them grow knowledge while following internal procedures for support, tracking, and reporting.
  • Escalate complex issues to R&D when necessary.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and engineering‑related problems reported by customers using Aspentech proprietary software.
