Job Description

We are seeking a Sr Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will focus on Experience, Product, and Technical hiring for across India, but you may expand to other geographies or role types as well. The role will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment needs for assigned requisitions.

This is what you will do:
  • Utilize our ATS as system of record for all recruiting related activity and documentation including agency submitted candidate flow. Ensure internal and external candidates are applying to open positions for compliance and audit tracking.
  • Meet with Hiring Managers at the beginning of the recruiting process to ensure alignment on skills, experience and expectations of the open position. Outline/align on the posting, interview and selection process. Discuss market...
