About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead hiring for software engineering roles across Web Development, Mobile, AI/ML, Big Data, Cloud & DevOps, and QA/QC.
This role is both strategic and hands-on - you will own sourcing channels, drive speed and quality in placements, and act as a trusted partner to clients while ensuring an excellent customer and candidate experience.
What You'll Be Measured On
- Delivering within SLA for technical hiring
- Filling 75%+ of assigned openings within 12 weeks
- Achieving an average hiring agility of 14 days or less
- Maintaining 80%+ placement retention at days
- Driving high candidate and client satisfaction
