Come join our EU International Technology (EU INTech) team! We are seeking a customer-focused, analytically and technically skilled Sr. Technical Program Manager to innovate on behalf of customers, build effective solutions and deliver initiatives for Selection Availability & Intelligence (SAI).
SAI answers a fundamental question for every item in our catalog: should Amazon carry it, surface it, and grow it? This is a strategic and complex challenges, spanning substitution science, delivery speed perception, cross-border fulfillment, and intelligent selection curation.
Within SAI, the Serra team owns two programs: Zephyr (Substitution) — which identifies nearly identical products that ship faster, arrive sooner, and cost less to fulfill — and Smart Speed, which closes the gap between operational delivery improvements and customer perception of Prime speed. Both programs operate entirely through away-team coordination, requiring alignment across SCOT, PDEX, Cart, Sear...
