The leader will spearhead talent development, support recruitment and evaluation, and establish a training ecosystem to enable delivery success. Key Responsibilities

Talent Development and Skilling

  • Establish a Physical Design Academy with labs, hands-on projects, certification programs, and mentoring.
  • Build, manage and deliver comprehensive PD learning roadmap. Design and deliver training modules, bootcamps across fresher, junior, and mid-level engineers
  • Monitor competency health via regular assessments and scorecards.
