We are looking for an experiencedTechnical Analystto join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the compliance, security, and operational efficiency of our infrastructure and applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

What will you do?

  • Manage server compliance and oversee application installations on Windows servers.

  • Monitor security scans, functional tests, and end‑to‑end test results for cloud platforms (OCP, Elastic, MongoDB, Redis) to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

  • Oversee ITIL‑based processes, including change, incident, and problem management, while ensuring SLA adherence.
