Job Description
A IBMS and CCTV Expert is responsible for designing, installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting closed-circuit television systems and Integrated Building Management System.
Core Duties & Responsibilities
System Installation: Mount, position, and calibrate analog, Sensors and IP cameras. Cabling & Wiring: Pull, route, terminate, and test structured cabling like Cat-5, Cat-6, Communication, Power, and fiber optics. Hardware Configuration: Set up Digital Video Recorders (DVRs), Network Video Recorders (NVRs), and head-end control panels, Controllers of DDC panel. Network Integration: Configure IP addresses, routers, switches, and software for remote monitoring. System Testing: Evaluate video signals, adjust viewing angles, and maximize area coverage.
