Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Technical Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce SPIFF (Incentive Compensation Management) to lead solution design, integrations, and delivery of scalable compensation and commission calculation solutions. You will partner with Sales Ops/Finance stakeholders, translate compensation plans into system configurations, and lead a team of developers to deliver secure, high-performance implementations.

SPIFF / Incentive Compensation Management
