  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for mid-level and senior-level positions.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Prepare job descriptions and assist with salary negotiations and offer management.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records using ATS platforms.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
