Sr. TA Specialist

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for mid-level and senior-level positions. Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels. Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules. Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Prepare job descriptions and assist with salary negotiations and offer management. Maintain accurate recruitment records using ATS platforms. Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and sourcing effectiveness. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws. Requirements 710 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. Prior experience in manufacturing, packaging, printing, or publishing industries is preferred.
