Responsibilities
Infrastructure Architecture, Engineering & Operations: Design, implement, configure, secure, and maintain core IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networks, virtualization platforms, desktop/application virtualization, and cloud services following industry best practices. Ensure high availability, optimal performance, and reliability of critical systems by monitoring capacity, resolving complex technical issues, and leading detailed root‑cause analysis. Lead planning and execution of hardware refresh cycles, on‑premise software upgrades, and cloud migration initiatives. Review and recommend system upgrades, apply maintenance activities, security patches, and lifecycle updates to keep the technology environment current and protected from vulnerabilities.
