Sr. Survey Crew Chief Department: Civil/Municipal Employment Type: Full Time Location: Freeport, IL Reporting To: Nick Grindey Compensation: $22.00 - $30.00 / hour Description Sr. Survey Crew Chief As a Survey Crew Chief, you will lead daily field operations, oversee data collection, and ensure survey work is performed accurately, efficiently, and safely. You'll work closely with project managers, engineers, and office staff to support projects including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, construction layout, and municipal infrastructure work. This includes office work including scheduling the crews, recorder's office research (deeds, subdivision plats, monument records, etc.), and the ability to work in CAD to cleanup topographic surveys and boundary surveys.
