Sr Support Engineer 2
This role is a newly formed team within the Supply Chain execution and will be a pioneer in providing value‑added rapid deployment and onboarding projects for our WMS (3PL and Retail Shipper) expedited growth customer base.
Responsibilities- Provide functional and/or technical support during customer upgrades, deployments, rollouts, and post‑production phases
- Expertise in all WMS‑related technologies including MOCA, integration methods, and other 3rd‑party tools and utilities
- Maintain positive customer relationships by replicating defects, simulating failures, updating JIRAs, and managing customer expectations to instill confidence in BY’s continued solutions
- Document change control and publish testing results transparently to the customer on a schedule
- Bring in new ideas for automation, reuse, and service improvements
