Roles Responsibilities
Support Engineer (L3 Support) for ForgeRock OpenAM.
TheEngineer will be part of RNS's overall IAM managed services Team deployed at the customer site to deal with ForgeRock AM incident support, problem management, change management, platform configuration, performance improvement maintenance.
Location: Noida, India
Mode of work: Work from the office (Daily)

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-6 years relevant experience in IAM support (ForgeRock OpenAM).
- Experience in driving L3 Level troubleshooting of IAM Solution with ForgeRock.
- Experience in handling change management with ForgeRock.
- MSP (ManagedServices Provider) experiencesupportingmultiplecustomers infrastructure.
