Experienced professional in the Infrastructure Domain with strong UNIX/Linux administration skills, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring, along with exposure to scripting and automation using Python and Ansible. Possesses working knowledge of SAN/NAS concepts, enterprise storage environments, and storage switches, with hands-on experience in Hitachi storage solutions and Veritas backup administration, and familiarity with LTO, S3 object storage, shared filesystems, and block storage. Demonstrates a solid understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, security fundamentals, and networking concepts including LAN, WAN, and telecom/voice troubleshooting and monitoring. Proficient in using JIRA and ServiceNow tools, maintaining accurate documentation, and following security best practices.
