Sr Supplier Quality Engineer

The Supplier Quality and Dev Engineer is responsible for ensuring that external suppliers consistently meet the company’s quality, delivery, and regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle. This role serves as the primary interface between suppliers and internal stakeholders, acting as the Voice of the Supplier while driving supplier performance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.

The SQE leads and supports APQP and PPAP activities , manages supplier performance through defined metrics and scorecards, and ensures timely resolution of quality and delivery issues. The position works cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and quality teams to support both development and serial production, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and effective change management.
