Role And Key Responsibilities

• Handle facility operation, Cafeteria Site Engineering, Client Relationship Management.
• Responsible for general maintenance of plumbing, Carpentry and electrical equipment's.
• Plan and manage facility central services such as reception, security, medical staff, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and parking
• Maintenance and facility operations – Managing resources including budget, staff, contractors & procurement functions.
• Safety inspections: ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes.
• Asset Management.
