Job Description
Job Title: Senior Structural BIM Modeler Location: Ghatal / Kolkata (Based on Candidate’s Closest Location)
Experience Required: 5–10 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
1. Structural BIM Modeling
Develop detailed 3D structural models using Autodesk Revit (Structure).
Model Precast, RCC and Steel elements including foundations, beams, slabs, columns, shear walls, and connections.
Ensure modeling as per LOD 300/350/400 requirements.
Interpret structural drawings, calculations, and specifications accurately.
2. Structural Detailing & Documentation
Generate GA drawings and detailed structural drawings from BIM models.
Prepare reinforcement detailing and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
Produce precast shop drawings and erection drawings where required.
Extract quantities and BOQs from models.
3. Coordination & Clash Detection
Perform clash detection using Navisworks or BIM 360.
