About the Role
The Onboarding Center of Excellence (CoE), part of the Delivery Commercial Operations (DCO) team, is seeking a Strategy & Planning Analyst to help shape data-driven decision-making and strategic direction for global merchant onboarding performance. This role provides deep analytical support for program planning and translates complex data into actionable strategies that influence regional and global initiatives.
At the intersection of global strategy, data, and commercial execution, this role partners closely with DCO analytics teams, Regional Operations, Commercial Teams, and cross-functional stakeholders (including Engineering, Product, Finance, and Compliance) to guide prioritization and identify opportunities to improve the global onboarding process.
