This senior role requires someone who combines deep technical expertise with leadership capabilities, driving the development of scalable, innovative AI-native applications while providing technical oversight of both internal teams and third-party contractor work. You'll be responsible for architectural decisions, mentoring team members, and ensuring delivery excellence across complex AI-integrated systems.
