+ Lead cross‑functional teams across Design, Marketing, Systems & Applications, Validation, Product & Test Engineering, Firmware/Software, Supply Chain, Procurement, Packaging, and Quality to ensure seamless execution of NPI product releases.
+ Manage end‑to‑end program planning, tracking, and execution – from concept through market launch, including ramp readiness and safe launch activity.
+ Ensure process discipline, budget alignment, and execution efficiency while maintaining focus on priority deliverables and driving global process standardization.
